  • Q Why is the bath small?
  • A To fit into a RDP bathroom. The bath has a build in seat to make it more comfortable to sit in and with the build in seat saves water. The geyser holds 65lt of water.


  • Q Do you have to build the bath into a brick frame?
  • A No, the bath has a flat base and need not be build in. It can stand free.


  • Q Is the bath wide enough to fit an adult in?

  • A Yes a normal bath is 48cm wide and our bath is 50cm wide.


  • Q How do I know the geyser has switched off?

  • A The element is thermostatically controlled and automatically switches off when it reaches 60 c.


  • Q Do you fill the geyser by hand?

  • A You can but it is recommended to connect the inlet vale to a water supply. This then works and fills the same as a toilet cistern.


  • Q What happens if the float does not stop the water running?
  • A Bend the arm of the inlet valve down but make certain that when the water pushes up the float it does not touch the lid of the geyser.


  • Q What power source does the Geyser work from?

  • A RDP houses have one 3 prong plug with 20amps that services the entire house, lights, fridge,stove,TV ect. The geyser uses 7.65 amp so when plugged in other appliances can be used at the same time.


  • Q Where does the basin tap go?

  • A Fit the basin, then drill a 50mm hole in line with the main taps hole just above the 2nd rib above the basin, insure that the tap is above the basin.


  • Q How much electricity does the geyser use to heat up the water?

  • A 1.5 kWh. About R1.00.


  • Q Where can we get spares?

  • A The factory has spare available of all the components.


  • Q Is the geyser SABS approved?

  • A Yes.


  • Q Can I install the set into a shack?

  • A Yes if the shack has electricity and a back support to hold the geyser.


  • Q Can the set be installed without a plumber or electrician?

  • A Yes it has an easy to install pamphlet for DIY installations included.


  • Q Must the lid always be on the geyser?

  • A The lid has built in clips that fit from the back forward, which keeps the water clean and assist with evaporation and expansion when water gets hot


  • Q Can the bolts hold the geyser filled with hot water?

  • A Yes, each bolt can carry 350kg. Ensure that the washers are in the inside of the geyser to prevent the nuts pulling through.


  • Q What must be used to clean the bathroom set?

  • A Handy Andy works very well, wash down with clean water afterwards.


  • Q What happens if the tap leaks?

  • A First check that the head of the tap is tightened if still leaking, tighten the bolt inside the geyser if still leaking seal with a clear silicone sealant.


  • Q Will I get credit from an banking institution for the bathroom set?

  • A Yes various banks have approved the product.Your supplier will advise you.


  • Q Can I buy either the geyser or bath or hand basin on its own?

  • A Yes any part of the set can be bought on its own.
